WHY GOD IS NOT PREVENTING EVIL?

Many atheists are asking,
"If  God is real, then why God is not preventing evil to happen even if he can."
almost similar to the picture below.

Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able?
Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing?
Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing?
Then whence cometh evil?
Is he neither able and willing?
Then why call him God?

My thoughts,
He is able and he is willing but why there is still evil? because we are the one who are not willing.

God is willing to prevent evil, that is why he gave us all we need to prevent it and that's actually more than enough. We have brains to determine whether something is evil or not. We have our conscience which will bug us whenever we will do something or we already committed evil. The thing is that, even if he is willing to prevent evil and gave us all the aids to fight it, it is us who is not willing, it is us who allow it.

God cannot spoonfeed us and do eveything for us for he will be malevolent.

Malevolent - having or showing a wish to do evil to others.

If something is perfect, there is nothing left. No room for imagination, no room for a person to gain additional knowledge or abilities. Perfection only brings despair - Bleach

If God will make everything perfect for a us, if he will do everything as perfectly good and left no challenge for his creations, then life will be boring and full of despair. If we will live a perfect life and he will serve everything in silver platter, then we are living in a stagnant world. It will be more worthwhile if we will be the ones who will discover and pursue the goodness we have inside. It is same with why our parents are just guiding us to find the answers to our home works and not directly answering them for us. If they will, then there is no reason for us to go to school anymore. God making everything perfect for us is like Teachers answering all our the exams, hence this will harvest ignorance, stagnation and despair, and if he ewill allow us to remain like these, he is then malevolent. If there is evil, then we will know what evil can do and what you can yield from it. If you see or experience evil then you will have a better guide on doing the good and never the bad, thus we learn, we grow and we gain.  We learn from our mistakes, we learn from the wrong things we've committed. And those mistakes made us more knowledgeable, stronger and better as we go through with life. Life is a like test: it is worthless if God will answer everything for us.

God is not giving us fish for giving us fish to eat for a meal will never be enough, He is thinking for the best for us, so he gave us all we need and taught us how to fish for we, knowing how to catch fish will guarantee tomorrow until forever. But with all he taught us, with everything he gave us, still, some of us give in to evil. So, it is not God, it is us who are not willing to prevent it.
