This is my conversation with a reader of my post WHY GOD IS NOT PREVENTING EVIL?

I want you guys to tell me your thoughts about this:
Q: What of "natural evil?" Hurricanes, earthquakes, radiation--stuff like that.
A: Are hurricanes, earthquakes or solar radiation evil? these are more of natural phenomena. if you are saying that these natural phenomena are evil, then giving birth is evil as well because it gives pain to the mother. Natural phenomena are not evil. They are needed for this world to adapt and continue. And we people should adjust to these for us to survive.
Q: So God doesn't cause floods?
A: Flood can be caused by God and can be caused by humans as well. We cant blame everything to him. He gave us freewill because he created humans and not robots. He gave us freewill for us to learn to decide for ourselves but he also gave us guides for us to make the right desicions. Because thru these we will also learn responsibility and accountability. God is not the cause of garbage blocking the drainage. He did not cause illegal cutting of trees. When he created flood, he created enough oceans and trees to manage them. But then again who should we blame for what we humans do.? Lets not make God a scapegoat for our mistakes
Q: Natural evil is a pretty standard concept.
A: Natural evil? well is a cyclone evil? no it is not.. for cyclone is needed for heat and moisture to be distributed well. If there is no cyclone then there will be an imbalance to the heat distribution of the earth thus it might cause more severe calamities that will result to human extinction. So, is cyclone a natural evil or a needed variable to the survival of the earth?
Q: Could God not have created earth without the need for cyclones?
A: Then that would be a perfect earth again. and it will bring us, despair, ignorance and stagnation. perfect earth should also contain perfect humans, plants and animals, for there will be no cyclones who will bring moisture to plants in the deserts, no volcanic eruptions which will distribute nutrients to plants, no rain, no winter, spring, summer, fall, no hunger, no thirst, no dream. Then what will be our worth? Will that be the best for humans and his creations? This earth is actually the best for us for it gives us the challenge, the help and the place for survival which will teach us strength, knowledge and worth. Remember, these natural phenomena dont guarantee human death. What is evil is us cutting too much trees, destroying mountains and other things that God created to protect us from these earth activities. What is evil is us not preparing for those natural phenomena because we are busy prioritizing less important things. What is evil is humans consuming materials that will make the earth far hotter which will need far stronger natural phenomena to fix that for us. So, are these natural evil or natural phenomena?
